Prospect Management
🔹Nurture prospects and ensure maximum conversions
🔹Coordinate Prospect Nurturing activities to ensure prospect does not go cold
🔹Manage all show-case events and test-drives to ensure smooth experience
🔹Maintain full prospect interaction updates on Company’s CRM diligently
🔹Monitor prospect management automation systems with zero down time

Participant Management
🔹Ensure a seamless experience for program participants
🔹Maintain welcoming rapport and a good understanding of participants.
🔹Coordinate communication and services with all participants
🔹Conduct the induction process for new participants
🔹Troubleshoot issues and provide continuous support
🔹Provide strong accountability support - follow up on assignments

Center Management
🔹Manage Center and provide admin support to the CEO
🔹Confirm CEOs appointments and manage his schedule effectively.
🔹Ensure all quality standards and guidelines are met.
🔹Discover and select needed suppliers and liaison as required.

Relationship Management
🔹Engage with referral partners to generate leads and invite them to engage
🔹Maintain relationships with participants to implement contracts and renewals
🔹Assist in implementing the company's promotional activities
🔹Meeting with program promoters to generate referrals on a monthly basis

Experience & Skills
🔹Minimum 5 years’ experience in assisting, coordinating and organizing activities around administration, marketing and sales.
🔹Commercial experience with knowledge of fundamental business processes
🔹Articulate with strong command of and fluency in English
🔹Being responsible and accountable, with a drive to make things happen
🔹Can deal with business owners and people of authority with ease and comfort
🔹Effective communication skills
🔹Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, willing to work hard
🔹Effective organising and time management skills.
🔹Able to build rapport and maintain positive professional relationships
🔹Self-motivated with a strong commitment to learn and grow.
🔹Sound work ethic and good judgment in daily issues and events

Description:
🔹Ensure that Business Unit Management Accounts are submitted timeously, are representative of the Business Unit underlying records and comply with Statutory Requirements and International Accounting Standards.
🔹Ensures that all reports coming from the Business Units are required by Management for decision making purposed meet Management’s expectation and are reliable records for decision making purposes.
🔹Coordinate all financial issues between the Business Units and Head Office Management
🔹Ensure that Business Unit Internal Control Systems are in place and that there is continuous review and improvement of those systems to meet the needs of both Internal and External Customers.
🔹Analyse and investigate variances revealed by monthly Business Unit Management Accounts for Management to take corrective action.
🔹Oversee the preparation of the Business Units annual operating budgets consisting of drawing up the parameters and ensuring that they are correct before they are consolidated into the Group Budget.
🔹Comply with the latest and most relevant ISO Standard.
🔹Any other duties as delegated by management.
