Vacancy: Back Office Assistant

Applications are invited from suitably qualifies and experienced
persons to fill the above mentioned vacant position that has arisen
within a reputable organisation in Zimbabwe

Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, the successful candidate will
be responsible for maintaining records of 5000 stands, drafting
agreements of sale, agreeing on payment plans with customers,
receipting of all payments received, filling all receipts of payments
in customer files, producing payment schedules monthly, updating
customer accounts, handling customer queries and ensuring all customer
records are kept up to date.

The ideal candidate must have at least a Degree in Business
Administration, Human Resoures, Business Studies or Management with at
least 1 year working experience.
