within a reputable organisation in Zimbabwe
Reporting to the Individual Life Sales and Marketing Manager, the
successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting an effective
team of sales agents, training sales agents, setting performance
targets, motivating team members, monitoring performance of sales
team, client relationship management, developing and implementing an
effective marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate must have a degree in Insurance and Risk
Management, Marketing or Management with at least 2years working
experience in a similar position.
