This position in the Manufacturing Industry entails:
- Achieving performance targets as set out in the company's Business
and Strategic Plans and Budgets
-Providing dynamic and inspirational leadership
-Ensuring that the company is run and managed well
-Implementing systems of good corporate governance
-Establishing and ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, Environment
and Quality policies and practices
-Ensuring the achievement of revenue and profit targets
Qualification, Experience and Skills
* At least a university degree in Engineering, Business Studies,
Economics, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent from a recognized
university
* A professional or post graduate qualification such as MBA, MBL,
ACCA, CIMA etc would be an added advantage
* A Minimum of 4years experience all of which should have been at
senior corporate management level
* Highly developed interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills
