Vacancy: Operations Manager

Wanted is an Operations Manager for a fast growing retail company.


The ideal candidate must:
- have a strong retail background (knowledge and experience).
- be a confident communicator, motivated, innovative, organized and efficient
- have a valid drivers license as job requires extensive nationwide travel
- be available to start immediately



Duties to include but not limited to:
Managing the marketing function of the company.
Crafting and implementation of sales strategy of the company.
Management of store level staff
Assisting with the setting up of new stores.
Growing of market share; competitor analysis Ensuring control procedures are adhered to at store level.
Identification of new stock ranges.
Managing in store processes of the company to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Reviewing, monitoring and briefing the GM daily on status of credit applications, approvals and deliveries.
Reporting monthly on sales performance of the company



Position reports directly to General Manager Age range: 25- 35 Salary range $600 -$1000 (depending on experience) plus company vehicle 50% medical aid
