Minimum Qualification: Diploma In Agriculture:
Working Exposure: Seed Production, Farm Management, Agricultural research, Field assistant or technician
Job Specification:
• plans seed production operations as per program
• implements seed production protocol/procedures
• execution of seed production procedures following instructions, applying corrective and preventative measures where necessary.
• acquires background information to protocols/procedures
• provides some technical guidance/support to staff they supervise
• supervision of staff.
