- Hardware & Software Installation / Disaster Recovery
- Update network applications as required
- Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed
- Repairing & Maintaining PCs
- Conduct technology training for new users
- Perform routine server monitoring, performance benchmarking
- Prepare IT reports
- Complete special projects as requested
