Vacancy: Sales Supervisor



Nestle, a leading nutrition, health and wellness company, is looking for highly talented, self-motivated Zimbabweans to fill the following vacant position in Harare:

Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Country Sales Manager, the Sales Supervisors' responsibilities will include:

  • Development, execution and evaluation of the business plan Achieving and monitoring agreed KPI targets by area
  • Effectively developing and managing area operational Field Force Ensuring effective RTM is implemented through routine supervision and feedback
  • Ensuring horizontal expansion through effective outlet coverage Maintaining sales records by channel, by SKU and generate weekly and monthly reports by area and
  • Developing capability of the Sales Force and implementation of tactical initiatives.


Key Competencies:
*A degree in marketing, business or related studies Sound understanding of the FMCG Industry
*Knowledge of financial implications and awareness of NP decisions High level of attention to detail
*Results oriented self-starter with very good selling skills.
